Free Shipping Policy
Currently, we are offering free shipping on orders above $50. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or anywhere outside the continental United States are excluded from this offer. Offer is not valid with any other promotion. Offer is only valid on one shipping address, multiple addresses per order will be charged separately. Standard Shipping and Handling
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days after shipment date (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Express Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 PM ET / 9:00 AM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday after 12:00 PM ET / 9:00 AM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.
Next Business Day Shipping and Handling
Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:00 PM ET / 9:00 AM PT will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday after 12:00 PM ET / 9:00 AM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.
Hassle-Free Return Policy
We offer free returns. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase date. Receipt must be attached.
Please note all Vaultz® combination lock products will only be accepted for return/refund with the plastic tab through the numbers.
We do not accept returns of clearance merchandise.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please use the shipping method that is most convenient for you, and save your tracking # for reference during the return process. Thank you.

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please email Customer Service to request a replacement.
Changes and Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call 216-459-2400 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

If you order from us or contact us we assume you are interested in our products and therefore opt you in to our email lists. When we email you it is typically to offer discounts or specials. These marketing emails are not very frequent.
